Completed-project photographs are used only when their source and project context have been checked. Concept imagery is labelled as a concept and is never represented as a completed CEMERART installation.
Technical claims follow controlled documents.
Coverage, mixing, thickness, cure, safety classifications, standards and performance values come from the current approved TDS, SDS and applicable test records. Draft values are not published as facts.
Wet-area language is precise.
Decorative microcement is described as one part of the specified assembly. It is not presented as a substitute for a required certified waterproofing membrane, and unqualified claims such as “waterproof,” “non-toxic,” or “VOC-free” are not used without supporting documentation.
AI assists the process; it does not own the decision.
AI tools may support research, structure, drafting, translation or clearly labelled visual concepts. A responsible human checks the facts, removes generic language, adds project knowledge and approves the final publication.
Corrections are made openly.
When a material error is identified, the page is corrected and reviewed again. Questions about a claim, image or document revision can be sent directly to the Vancouver office.
